30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with RealBasic. Every paid subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid charge.

7-day free trial

All new subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard before day 8 and you will not pay anything.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all RealBasic orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@realbasic.ai with the subject line "Refund request" and we'll help you through the process.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via paddle.net, and you will not be billed again. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
